When someone dies, two things happen at once. The people who loved them have to make decisions quickly, often without knowing what that person would have wanted. And a great deal of who they were simply disappears.
Not the documents. Those are usually found eventually. What disappears is the ordinary detail: how they told a story, what they believed, the small things they would have said if anyone had asked.
FlowingAway exists so this does not have to be left to memory. It is a place to write down what mattered, and to keep the practical information that saves your family a difficult week.
This is not morbid. It is a practical thing to do for the people around you. It is also not urgent. There is no streak, no score, and nothing to finish.
You may write one memory and never return. That is already more than most people leave behind.
Everything you write is private by default. Nothing is shared automatically, and nothing is released because you have not signed in for a while. If you ever choose to allow a release, you decide in advance what could be seen and who would be allowed to ask.
FlowingAway is not a legal will and does not replace one. It holds the parts a will was never meant to carry.
FlowingAway is part of Everyday Flow, a small family of products built to reduce friction in everyday life. If you have used another Everyday Flow app, this will feel like another room in the same house.
