FlowingAway does not create or validate a legal testament, give legal advice, manage inheritance, verify death, or make any document legally binding. Ceremony wishes and practical notes are personal preferences intended to guide the people you love.
Trusted Release is a request process you configure in advance. A Release Guardian cannot declare anyone deceased and cannot obtain access automatically. Inactivity alone is never treated as evidence of death.
Keep your password private, and do not store passwords or other secrets inside your notes. Only add information about other people that you are comfortable keeping.
Some areas of FlowingAway are still being prepared and are clearly marked as such. We will tell you when these terms change, and keep earlier versions available.
